Get your credit cards ready because it is that time of year when the summer’s hottest tours are announced on an almost daily basis. But you don’t have to wait to summer for some great shows – big names are in town this weekend!

This Week’s Shows
  • Friday 1/22 – Billy Joel (Amalie Arena – Tampa) The Piano Man himself! Expect two hours+ of hit after hit. Need we say more? Can’t make it? Check back Saturday for a full review!
  • Friday 1/22 – The Wailers (House of Blues) The remaining members of Bob Marley’s band. Expect a night of fantastic reggae music.
  • Saturday 1/23 – Arlo Guthrie (The Plaza Live) Folk singer behind the infamous Thanksgiving song “Alice’s Restaurant” and son of Woody Guthrie.
  • Sunday 1/24 – Billy Gibbons & The BFGs (The Plaza Live) The lead guitarist from ZZ Top rolls into town to support his new Latin/Cuban-centric sounding album. We caught the show in San Francisco – our review here.
  • Sunday 1/24 – Jukebox the Ghost (The Social) A power pop trio that will have you singing and dancing by the end of the first song.
